Job summary

Wollborg Michelson Recruiting in the United States is seeking an experienced Lead Storage Area Network Analyst to plan, design, install and coordinate storage infrastructure projects. You will ensure SAN services operate securely, efficiently, and reliably through proactive management.

The role calls for hands-on expertise across Unix/Linux, Windows Server, Fibre Channel, and enterprise storage platforms (Hitachi & NetApp).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAN design, implementation, operations, and maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in CIS/CS or related field, or five years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Knowledge of Unix, AIX, Linux, Windows Server, and I/O subsystems for open systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAN planning, design, implementation, and project coordination.
• Configure, tune, monitor, secure, and manage SAN hardware and software.
• Provide technical support and training for storage infrastructure and services.
• Monitor system performance and address operational issues proactively.
• Support ongoing improvements to storage management processes and procedures.
