Job summary

A university athletics department is seeking a Sport Clubs Coach III (Salsa Libre Dance Coach - Lead) to coach the Salsa Libre Dance Team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of intercollegiate or professional competition experience and/or professional coaching experience.
• High School Graduate/GED required.
• Effective communication with a diverse student population.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and coaching experience at the collegiate club level.

Responsibilities

• Coach the assigned Salsa Libre Dance Team(s).
• Coordinate practices and establish routines.
• Assist at competitions.
• Support club leadership with short- and long-term goals.
• Develop action plans for the academic year.
