This is a full-time Assistant / Salon Manager Stylist position offering a pay range of $16.00-$40.00+ per hour, including base pay, product and performance bonuses, and tips.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state varies).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Excellent communication and team-motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and staff development.
• Coach and motivate a team of stylists to deliver great haircuts.
