Regis franchisee Requis Salons is seeking a Hair Stylist Assistant Manager for SmartStyle Salon inside Walmart. Lead and assist the salon team, deliver exceptional guest service, and provide quality consultations while performing services efficiently.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, read and write basic records, and participate in ongoing training with generous commissions, bonuses, and benefits. This role blends leadership with hands-on hair services.

Qualifications

• You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• You want to lead and assist a salon manager.
• You can and want to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks.
• You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math.
