Job summary

Simplus, part of Infosys, seeks a Lead Salesforce Developer in Plano, TX, to lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of Salesforce apps supporting Financial Crimes, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting.

This hands-on technical leader will guide implementation across Apex, Service Cloud, and automation frameworks, while collaborating with QA, architects, and analysts in a hybrid 3-days onsite model.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Apex development and Service Cloud expertise.
• Experience building automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Experience with test automation, quality engineering, and manual testing.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and AWS environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications supporting compliance and regulatory initiatives.
• Build scalable solutions using Salesforce platform technologies including Apex and Service Cloud.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
• Perform both manual and automated testing to ensure quality and reliability.
• Create and optimize SQL queries for validation, reporting, and testing activities.
• Develop automation scripts using Python for repeated tasks.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering best practices.
• Utilize AWS services to support development and testing environments.
• Participate in code reviews, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging Generative AI.
