A leading company is seeking a Salesforce Developer Lead to design and implement innovative solutions within Health Cloud. The role involves overseeing technical teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and strong leadership skills.
Description & Requirements We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with strong expertise in Health Cloud to design, develop, and lead technical teams in delivering innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Health Cloud, be proficient in Salesforce development, and lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable and secure healthcare solutions. Per VES contract requirements, staff working on the VES project must be a US Citizen or US Legal Resident (green card holders) Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Contribute to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.). - Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of systems or products to enhance performance of program / project. - Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem.
Regularly employ ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions to solve difficult and moderately complex problems. - Responsible for leading large or complex initiatives that involve technically challenging requirements at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products of the lower-level technical professionals.

Pay Transparency Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package.
Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.

Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances. Minimum Salary $ 161,245.00 Maximum Salary $ 227,640.00
