About the Opportunity

The Lead Salesforce and Enterprise Systems Developer will be part of the Digital Enterprise team within the Department of Technology & Data Science. The role involves designing solutions for enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workday, and JAMIS Prime, developing integrations, and creating data models and visualizations. The candidate should be a self-starter capable of collaborating across teams, managing multiple projects, and driving user success through effective adoption strategies. The position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Enterprise.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce automations for complex business processes.
  2. Develop and oversee custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, etc.
  3. Architect data structures and design system integrations.
  4. Provide advanced Salesforce support and guidance across the organization.
  5. Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and implement solutions.
  6. Guide analytics and data queries to support organizational goals.
  7. Maintain best practices for software development and enterprise architecture.
Who You Are

A candidate with extensive Salesforce platform experience, API development skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Experience in requirements gathering, design, and managing multiple projects is essential. A commitment to continuous learning and innovation is crucial.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of experience, with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, APIs, SQL, JSON, XML.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience in project leadership and complex process understanding.
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce administration/development certification (5+ years).
  • Experience with JIRA, Lean, problem-solving tools, and integration platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.

Compensation & Benefits
