Job summary

See's Candies in Las Vegas is hiring a Retail Sales Lead Supervisor to guide the sales team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our store.

You will lead by example, motivate staff to meet sales targets, oversee cash handling, inventory, visual merchandising, and outstanding customer service in line with See's standards.

Qualifications
