Lead Sales Engineer, Audience Generation
EAB seeks a Lead Sales Engineer to join the Audience Generation Sales team. EAB Sales Engineers drive partner development efforts by providing product and technical expertise, being a subject matter expert regarding market/industry trajectories and informing product/services/technology solution utilization at leading colleges and universities across the country. Sales Engineers must be able to quickly develop expertise in EAB’s products and services (especially data management, partner usage statistics, lead generation, and recruitment funnel analytics) and exhibit or develop broad knowledge of higher education strategy and recruitment cycles. Regular interactions with senior leadership will be expected and encouraged.
This hire may be based in Richmond, VA, Washington, D.C, or Minneapolis, MN.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for thisrole is$76,500 - $88,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience, skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on various factors,such as individual andorganizational performance.
