Job Details
General Summary
Function as a Cashier and/or Stocker, leading in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist with plan-o-grams, customer service, and store operations to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Responsibilities include:

• Unload trucks and process shipments.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; build displays.
• Assist with plan-o-gram implementation.
• Help customers locate merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Operate register, handle transactions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform opening/closing duties as directed.

In the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager:

• Authorize refunds, count register, and deposit cash.
• Monitor cash levels and security practices.
• Assist with cash handling and paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of safety and security policies.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with supervisory experience a plus.
