Job summary

Leslie’s Pool Supplies is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to deliver superior customer service and support the General Manager in retail operations. The role focuses on helping customers with pool and spa needs, handling sales at the POS, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control, and opening/closing duties such as deposits. Requires 18+ years, HS diploma or current student, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• 6 months or 1 year of customer service.
• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system
• Maintain a welcoming store environment
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control
• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits
