Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to follow policies and planograms.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, give change, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays to follow planograms.
• Clean the store; take out trash; maintain floors, restrooms, and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform duties of Sales Associate in the Store Manager's absence.
