Job Summary:

The Lead Sales Associate is the face of Stretch Zone and a leader in your studio. Your responsibilities include assisting members, building relationships to support growth and retention, and managing studio operations and finances. Your primary focus is to drive membership sales and ensure excellent customer service to meet revenue goals.

Creating a Strong Sales Culture:

Maintain and promote a positive sales environment. Believe in our product and share its benefits passionately. Contribute to the studio’s culture, which is vital for success and providing an excellent guest experience.

Goals and Responsibilities:
  • Drive membership sales and promote the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, scheduling, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
  • Lead and coach your Sales Associates, overseeing daily operations and goals.
  • Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Lead by example and support your team daily.
  • Track KPIs and assist in monitoring studio performance.
  • Encourage sales skills development and achievement of sales targets.
  • Support team culture and build positive relationships with members and staff.
  • Ensure operational excellence.

  • Converting guests into members and retaining them to grow the membership base.
  • Confidently connecting with guests and exceeding sales goals.
