At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Lead Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to manage the studio and help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

We are a 4 location group that generated 1.4 million in sales last year. We are looking for a sales leader to build, manage, and lead a sales team.

Compensation Structure

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• Uncapped commission on direct sales
• Commission override on total group sales
• Bonus on monthly revenue goals

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales within the group and hold the Sales Associate to the same standard.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Lead and coach your Sales team and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
• Drive member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily.
• Track KPIs to understand studio performance and assist the General Manager in tracking all key sales metrics.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your and your Sales Associate’s sales skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ of fitness sales experience or retail sales.
• Experience in price negotiations.
• Driven and competitive, holding staff accountable to exceeding all sales goals.
• Well organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
• Goal setter, responsible for assisting the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.
