Description

Work schedule: 40 hours per week, between 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday. At least two Saturdays per month between 8:00am and 2:30pm.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional member service, handling complex issues, and supporting club partnerships.
• Delivering accurate information about products/services, and supporting registry and TSA services where applicable.
• Assisting members with accommodations, mapping, reservations, and selling club products like passports and tickets.
• Meeting satisfaction and sales goals, maintaining product knowledge, and promoting branch initiatives.
• Managing daily operations, reports, branch security, and maintenance in coordination with management.
• Adhering to security and safety policies, and supporting branch coverage as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Experience: Customer Service with sales focus required.

Licenses and Certifications: Must pass background checks and meet state-specific requirements for registry, notary, and TSA services.
