Location CO - Westminster - Orchard Town Center

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Are you a people person who has a talent for making friends with perfect strangers? Do you have a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle? Do you have the leadership skills to teach others how to use those traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused environment? Then we want to hear from you!

Hourly Salary Range: $15.31 - $16.31
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
