Job summary

Tilly's, Inc. is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Eagan, MN to deliver our Tillys Experience and coach fellow Sales Associates. You will partner with Store Management to train teams and drive outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead by example, motivate staff, and help execute daily operations, inventory tasks, and store standards while ensuring a friendly, engaging shopping environment for customers.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Hourly Salary Range: $11.63 - $12.63

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
