Job summary

Tillys is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Phoenix to deliver the Tillys Experience and support store management in training Sales Associates, coaching, and running daily operations. This part-time position emphasizes people skills, leadership, and the ability to create an engaging customer experience in a fashion-forward retail setting.

You will mentor peers, model exceptional service, and help drive store performance while maintaining our brand standards in a fast-paced, fashion retail

Job description

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
