Job summary

Tillys in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Lead Sales Associate (part-time) to deliver the Tillys Experience to customers and support store management in training and coaching Sales Associates. The role emphasizes a people-centric approach and a passion for fashion and shopping within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

You will collaborate with management to mentor staff, maintain storefront execution, and drive store performance while embracing the Tillys lifestyle and guest experience

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
