Tilly's, Inc. in Frisco, TX is looking for a dynamic Lead Sales Associate to deliver the Tillys Experience to every guest. You will train and coach Sales Associates, model exceptional service, and support Store Management in daily operations.

In this role you’ll lead by example, motivate the team, and help create a welcoming, sales-focused environment that drives guest satisfaction and store performance. Strong communication and leadership are a must.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.
