Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, manages, coordinates and directs the safety guards within the BHCC. The safety guards within the BHCC provide persons, families, or vulnerable populations with support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses, physical or developmental disabilities. The role of this position is to ensure the safety of all clients, staff and visitors to the BHCC.. In addition to the standard job responsibilities and performance standards of a Safety Guard, the Lead Safety Guard will be responsible for:
