Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is seeking a Manager, Safety Analysis Scientist to be located in Horsham, PA, or nearby NJ sites. You will provide scientific expertise for safety assessments, partner with the MSO, and guide regulatory safety decisions for marketed and in-development products.

The role requires leading safety evaluations, mentoring team members, and contributing to regulatory documents. Strong English communication, medical writing or PV experience, and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/biomed; 9+ years experience
• Advanced degree in healthcare/biomed; 6+ years experience
• Medical writing or PV experience required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety activities in drug development and global safety requirements
• Ability to analyze complex medical data
• Excellent English verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Lead safety evaluations with MSO and TAS teams.
• Prepare high-quality safety reports with minimal revisions.
• Mentor AD SASs on new projects.
• Review regulatory and clinical documents.
• Support SMT activities and data presentations.
• Lead proactive safety data reviews.
