Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Lead Safety Administrator to support program needs, manage safety data across systems, and turn data into actionable metrics for internal and client reporting. You will collaborate with Quanta OPUs, internal units, and external clients to advance safety standards and continuous improvement.

The role requires 1–3 years of safety administration experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of Safety administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program implementation, data collection, and reporting with Quanta OPUs.
• Develop, document, and improve Quanta safety standards, processes, and procedures.
• Audit safety data in third-party systems for accuracy and consistency across OPUs.
• Analyze safety hours, incidents, and near-misses to identify trends and gaps.
• Build and refine safety metrics and KPIs; prepare dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Coordinate safety-focused meetings with internal units and external clients; manage agendas and follow-ups.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.

About this Role

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company (NYSE: PWR) is looking for a Lead Safety Administrator supports the program needs with administrative, data, and program coordination. This role works closely with the Quanta Operating Units (OPUs), various internal business units, and external clients. It helps develop and maintain safety standards, manages and audits safety data in 3rd party systems, and turns that data into metrics and KPIs for internal and external reporting.

What You'll Do

Duties

• Work directly with Quanta OPUs to support safety program implementation, data collection, and reporting as needed
• Communicate and help drive the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of Quanta safety standards, processes, and procedures
• Audit safety data in 3rd party systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across OPUs
• Review and analyze safety hours, incidents, and good catches via third-party website(s) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for internal and external reporting
• Help build, track, and refine safety metrics and KPIs, and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership and clients
• Manage and coordinate safety-focused meetings with internal business units, Quanta OPUs and external client(s), including agendas, minutes, and action-item follow-up
• Perform any other duties as assigned
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

What You'll Bring

Experience and Education

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 1 – 3 years of Safety administration experience

Skills

• Motivated self-starter with ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and professionally with other team members
• Strong problem evaluation/solving skills
• Computer savvy with proficiency using Microsoft Office
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
