Qualifications

• Current California Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license.
• Several years of veterinary technician experience.
• Leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Strong technical and anesthesia skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Support workflow and maintain an efficient hospital.
• Assist with anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and nursing care.
• Promote a positive, collaborative culture where teammates can grow.
• Partner with hospital leadership to support training and daily operations.
