Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical lead for the veterinary support team.
• Coach and mentor RVTs and veterinary assistants.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Reinforce hospital protocols and SOPs.
• Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflow.
• Lead daily patient flow and support staff workflow.
• Assist with compliance and medical record standards.
• Perform various RVT duties as needed.
