Job summary

Convenience RV in Willis, TX seeks a Lead Collision/Paint Technician to build the collision/refinish side of our shop for Class A motorcoaches, travel trailers, and more. You will lead the crew, set standards, and help select body, prep, and paint helpers as the department grows.

A real say in layout and process is offered as Phase 1 unfolds. The role demands 5+ years of collision/refinish experience, strong refinishing skills, and ownership of hand tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collision repair and refinish experience.
• 2+ years on RVs, motorcoaches, marine, or heavy-truck bodies.
• Own hand tools and ability to document work thoroughly.
• Clean MVR at hire and annual recheck.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build the collision/refinish crew from day one.
• Direct work assignment, prep checks, and final QC.
• Oversee shop/booth upkeep and documentation for insurers.
• Coordinate labor/time in shop software and photos/notes.
• Role grows to Collision Shop Foreman with leadership duties.
