• Establish, equip, and operate an R&D mixing laboratory with safe lab workflows and testing capabilities.
• Collaborate with mixing facility to align capabilities, scale-up, and production readiness.
• Provide technical training and guidance to mixing personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in formulation, mixing, testing, and production processes using data and root-cause analysis.
