Prime Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner II (RCP II) at Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL. This part-time night shift role focuses on delivering respiratory therapies and diagnostic procedures under supervision, with potential lead responsibilities during shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an RCP license, NBRC RRT or eligibility within 3 months, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with preferred BS degree and 2 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• RCP license required.
• NBRC RRT certification within 3 months of hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• ARC certification upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• PALS certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate upon hire or within 60 days.
• Associate or BS degree preferred; 2 years acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered, with focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation.
• May serve as Lead RCP, overseeing the section or department during the shift.
