Job summary

TriHealth's sleep center seeks a Lead Polysomnographic Technician (RPSGT) to provide daily clinical and operational leadership across locations. You will supervise technologists, coordinate scheduling, ensure high-quality patient care, and uphold AASM and HIPAA standards while collaborating with the Data Analysis Team to maintain timely scoring.

You will troubleshoot software/hardware, coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and help develop center policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved sleep technology program or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of sleep software and disinfection protocols meeting standards.
• Data analysis skills and sleep testing procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement sleep center policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technologists and staff to ensure efficient sleep center operations.
• Oversee day and night shifts and assign duties.
• Perform daytime polysomnographic procedures and patient education.
• Coordinate inventory, supplies, and vendor interactions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data handling.
