Insight Global is seeking a Lead RPA Engineer/Staff Engineer to join a leading health solutions company. You will deliver scalable automations across AA A360, UiPath, and Power Automate, leading end-to-end efforts from analysis to deployment and hyper care.

You will mentor junior engineers, design enterprise-grade solutions, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure adherence to standards and robust integration with clinical operations and corporate tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience including enterprise app support/integration.
• 5+ years hands-on RPA delivery experience (analysis, build, test, deploy, hyper care).
• 5+ years hands-on Automation Anywhere experience (A360) and/or UiPath or Power Automate in an enterprise CoE.
• Deep experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Control Room, bot lifecycles, queues, credentials) and UiPath/Power Automate.
• Experience designing agentic automation patterns (human-in-the-loop, API calls, safeguards).
• Python skills to write clean, testable scripts and integrate APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end automation delivery from analysis to deployment and hyper care.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the Automation CoE.
• Ensure enterprise standards and architecture are followed and scalable solutions are built.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and operations.

Insight Global is sourcing for a Lead RPA Engineer/Staff Engineer to join a leading health solutions company that provides healthcare and retail pharmacy services. This line of business is responsible for developing and maintaining core technology systems between clinical operations and corporate tech. The Staff Automation Engineer is a technical leader within the Automation Center of Excellence, responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade automations using Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, Power Automate and Agent Process Automation (APA). This role leads end-to-end automation execution, spanning process analysis, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment, and hyper care. The engineer brings deep expertise in Automation Anywhere platform capabilities, along with strong Python and API integration skills to enable intelligent and agentic automation patterns. The position also provides technical leadership through solution design, adherence to enterprise standards, and mentoring of junior engineers. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and effective communication across diverse enterprise teams.

Compensation: $50/hr. to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT, including enterprise application support/integration
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on process automation/RPA delivery experience (analysis, build, test, deploy, hyper care)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Automation Anywhere experience (A360) and/or UiPath or Power Automate as a senior/lead developer within an enterprise Automation CoE.
• Deep experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (Control Room, device pools/bot runners, queues, credentials/locker, packages, bot lifecycle, AARI as applicable), UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Agentic Features), Power Automate.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic automation / Agent Process Automation (APA) patterns (e.g., human-in-the-loop, tool/function calling, prompt/version control, evaluation/monitoring, and safe-guardrails)
• Python/Pythonic skills: ability to write clean, testable Python (packages, virtual environments, logging, exception handling) and integrate Python and APIs into automation solutions
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing Strong technical experience in architecting and building end-to-end solutions -Healthcare industry experience
