Job summary

Dayforce in Kansas is seeking a Solid Waste Operator to operate rear load, automated side load, front load, roll-off, hook-lift, and bulk trucks on commercial and residential routes. You will perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist with daily cleanup and safety on routes.

The role requires the ability to lift moderate to heavy loads, holiday and Saturday shifts, and a valid Kansas CDL. Join a team dedicated to reliable waste collection and community service.

Qualifications

• Willing to work holiday and Saturday shifts as scheduled.
• Must possess a valid Kansas Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy waste materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate rear load, automated side load, front load, roll-off, hook-lift, and bulk trucks.
• Assist in routine maintenance of division vehicles and facilities.
• Participate in manual labor collection of waste and debris; lift and carry heavy materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform daily vehicle/equipment checks.
• Provide leadership on assigned routes.
