Job summary

Heidler Roofing, LLC is seeking an experienced roofer to assist in day-to-day operations on customer projects. You will help load materials, tear off old roofing, and install insulation and coatings while keeping the site productive and safe.

Responsibilities include installing flashing, patches, and membranes, coordinating crews, and adhering to safety policies. This full-time, on-site role offers growth within the roofing department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven roofing or general construction experience.
• Working knowledge of different roofing systems.
• Sound knowledge of business ordinances.
• The ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
• The ability to use powered hand tools.
• 5 years roofing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of roofing projects.
• Load materials and set up on job sites.
• Tear off roofing materials and transport debris.
• Install insulation and attach to roof deck.
• Install flashing, patches, coatings, and membranes.
• Ensure safety and compliance on site.
• Supervise and train crew members.
• Maintain production maps and schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.
