Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roof repair and replacement projects across our national portfolio. You will oversee internal crews, coordinate estimating, materials, scheduling, and documentation, and ensure work is safe, on schedule, and within budget.

Travel is required to support Daniels facilities across the United States. Strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and the ability to read drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roof repair and replacement projects across Daniels facilities.
• Direct and mentor internal roofing crews.
• Oversee estimating, material procurement, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate.
• Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations.
• Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
• Work closely with Property Management, Facilities, and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects.
• Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.
