CentiMark Corporation in the St. Louis, MO area is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman to lead commercial roof repair projects and supervise field crews.

You will diagnose roof leaks, manage repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen and metal roofs, ensure safety, and deliver quality service. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & metal roof repairs.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify repairs.
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance.
