Job summary

RoboForce in Milpitas, CA is looking for a Lead Software Engineer focused on AI & Robotics Test Infrastructure. In this role, you'll design a scalable testing framework and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure rigorous testing across our robot fleet.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience, expert-level programming in Python and C++, and a strong background in CI/CD practices. This is a hands-on technical leadership position requiring in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering focused on building test infrastructure.
• Expert-level Python and strong C++ proficiency required.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test execution engine.
• Collaborate with AI teams to build automated ML evaluation pipelines.
• Partner with manufacturing to package test framework for factory validation.
