This Opportunity
WSP is initiating a search for Lead Roadway and Structural Materials Engineers for our Sacramento, Oakland, and Los Angeles offices!
Your Impact
•Interface on technical materials issues with Resident Engineers, construction contractors, suppliers and vendors for transportation projects throughout California.
•Primary Coordinator of all Project Stakeholders in providing required Quality for all structural members within Project schedule.
•Create and manage a strong quality control/assurance program for roadway and structural materials.
•Manage and maintain consistency in accordance to client and industry standards for all project structural critical components while minimizing the impact on project schedule and cost.
•Maintain Project focus on ensuring Quality Control plans are fully complied with during the entire project, which requires review of initial plan, checking of compliance throughout the project duration and review of daily reports.
•Duties include job site, fabrication and manufacturing shop visits as needed to ensure adequate quality assurance measures are employed.

Compensation
Expected Salary: $107,000-$158,950
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
