Genesis is seeking a Nurse Leader to drive the Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management. You will oversee product usage, document clinical data and lead interprofessional teams to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, wound certification or a commitment to complete it within a year, and strong regulatory knowledge. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and leadership readiness.
• National wound certification or commitment to obtain within 1 year.
• Knowledge of charting, incident reporting and investigation processes.
• Understanding of nursing home regulations and survey processes.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate a Skin Health and Wound management program with nursing center management.
• Serve as clinical expert for skin, wound and incontinence products in central supply.
• Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and management.

Education

Registered Nurse license

National wound certification (CWS/CWCN/WCC/CWON/WOC/AWCC)
