Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Nurse Unit Manager (RN) to lead our nursing team on a full-time basis in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality patient care, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance within a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin RN license, has leadership experience, and excels in interdisciplinary coordination and education of residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin (Active & unrestricted)
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team on assigned unit ensuring high-quality patient care
• Conduct regular nursing rounds and assess patient needs
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge processes
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
• Oversee medication administration and sample collection
• Manage unit resources and staffing during shifts
• Resolve conflicts and support continuous quality improvement
• Perform staff evaluations and provide coaching for development
