Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides charge nurse responsibilities, including assignments and staffing to matrix.
• Manages throughput and responds to patient and staff needs.
• Works with Nurse Manager and HR on performance management and discipline.
• Instructs staff and ensures standards compliance via ongoing monitoring.
