Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Lead to join our team. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care within a warm, homelike environment.

As RN Lead, you will supervise and mentor nurses and CNAs, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to maintain excellence in care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses to ensure effective and efficient patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment, as needed
• Supervise and monitor the care provided by CNAs and other care staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
• Stay current with changing regulatory requirements, medical practices, and industry developments
• Fosters a positive and respectful work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
