Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a RN Charge Nurse - Supervisor to lead and coordinate resident care on our unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong nursing knowledge, empathy, and the ability to manage a high-stress environment effectively.

The RN will supervise CNAs and care teammates, oversee medication passes, and ensure safety and dignity of residents while delivering quality care. Licensure as an RN is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care.
• Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff including CNAs and other care team members.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and monitor compliance with care standards.
• Assist with staff training and orientation under DON guidance.
• Oversee medication passes and supervise assistants during administration.
