Qualifications

• Valid State RN license in good standing.
• Charge Nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to relate positively to residents and families.
• Capable of supervising staff and floor nursing duties.
• Regular weekend attendance required.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare is a plus.

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Mentor team, support growth and collaboration.

• Fill in as floor nurse as needed.
