Oakdale Seniors Alliance is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC. You will lead nursing staff, oversee clinical operations during shifts, and ensure high standards of care for residents.

Responsibilities include supervising LPNs, Med Techs and CNAs, administering medications, documenting in the EHR, and coordinating with physicians and families. A SC RN license and CPR/BLS are required, with 1–2 years of SNF/AL/LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina (or compact license).
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing in SNF/AL/ LTC; charge nurse experience a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment and emergency response abilities.
• Approachable, organized, reliable leader with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift nursing operations and delegate duties to care staff while ensuring care plans and orders are followed.
• Conduct physical assessments, administer medications and track vital signs.
• Maintain precise real-time EHR documentation and incident reports.
• Communicate with physicians, other providers and families regarding updates or emergencies.
• Enforce state regulations, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.
