Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing facility as an RN in California.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience, or training desired.
• Current CA RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Greet & Assess incoming patients for admission and follow up on admissions.
• Oversee nursing staff and ensure accurate medication administration.
• Admit, transfer and discharge as needed and mentor CNAs.
• Maintain daily census and complete charts/reports timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with physicians for changes in resident status and treatments.
