Job summary

Hopkins Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee licensed staff and certified nursing assistants on assigned Units. The role includes reviewing schedules, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and setting unit goals to maintain high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates are RNs licensed in Ohio with skilled nursing experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State Of Ohio.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to Nurses and STNA's.
• Assist with education and training of staff.
• Monitor unit for resident/patient quality of care.
• Apply evidence-based healthcare practices and nursing standards.
• Coordinate daily rounds on unit.
• Participates in the on-call rotation established by the Director of Clinical Services.
• Ensure unit has supplies or orders supplies.
