Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership within healthcare teams and establish personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support peaceful death, using evidence‑based practices and compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current valid nursing license for North Carolina or Multi-State/Compact license.
• Minimum of 1-year relevant nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate patient care in various clinical units within the nurse's specialty area.
• Identify team dynamics and leadership styles during rotations across units such as Critical Care, Emergency, Women’s and Children’s, and Adult Acute Care.
• Participate in a "Perfect Match" program to find a preferred unit for direct hire based on experience and interests.
• Manage care in accordance with policies, demonstrating accountability and authority.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative environment aligned with organizational values.
