Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in acute care, ambulatory care or home health/palliative/hospice care.
• Must hold a California Registered Nurse License.
• Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• PICC didactic course and recent PICC insertion experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately and maintain accountability.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care with interdisciplinary planning.
• Ensure care meets standards of practice and effective discharge planning.
