Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Master's degree preferred
• Five years' technical experience preferred
• Supervisory experience required
• RN licensure in state of practice required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS required
• STABLE certification required

Responsabilités

• Provides unit-based leadership in developing and providing clinical services and directs unit personnel
• Rounds to assess patient care needs and ensure high patient satisfaction and safety
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission safety goals and participates in PI teams
• Manages staffing according to patient acuity and skill mix, reallocates as needed
• Ensures department and equipment safety and maintenance, controls staffing costs
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
