Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly and documented.
• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge.
• Visit residents daily to observe status and notify the charge nurse/physician of changes.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, and charting.
