Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care: assess health status, develop and implement care plans, provide direct nursing care as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following care protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and other staff for coordinated resident care.
• Monitor health progress: document changes and adjust plans as necessary.
